Liposculpture
One of the most popular cosmetic surgery procedures, liposculpture sculpts the body by removing undesirable fat from areas such as the abdomen, waist, hips, buttocks, thighs, knees, neck and upper arms that have not responded to diet and exercise. Local anesthesia or general anesthesia may be used and the procedure can last anywhere from one to five hours depending on the amount of fat being removed. Dr. Osman chooses to perform the technique using local anesthesia only, called tumescent liposculpture. Using local anesthesia only is safer than using general anesthesia and recovery is faster and easier. Most patients return to work in 2 - 3 days. Results are comparable or even slightly better with tumescent liposculpture.

BOTOX®
BOTOX® Cosmetic is commonly used to reduce or eliminate the appearance of facial wrinkles. It is injected under the skin into areas surrounding the eyes, forehead and mouth.

Restylane®
Restylane® is designed to smooth wrinkles, enhance or rejuvenate lips, and shape facial contours. It is a clear gel composed of hyaluronic acid, a natural substance that is found throughout your body. This synthetic product carries no risk of allergic reaction. It is injected into the areas to be treated and is a simple outpatient procedure. It is commonly combined with BOTOX® Cosmetic treatments with impressive results.

Radiesse
Formerly known as Radience, Radiesse is a synthetic injectable filler that reduces wrinkles, creases and scars by augmenting the body's natural collagen supply. Composed of microspheres in a biocompatible gel, Radiesse is made from the same minerals found in our bones, so it carries no risk of allergic reaction (unlike collagen, which requires a skin test) - just one of its advantages over alternative treatments. Radiesse can be used on many areas of the body, but the most effective areas treated are the nasolabial folds, depressed scars and oral commissures.

Laser Skin Treatments
Laser skin rejuvenation reduces facial redness and veins and helps minimize pore size. The laser targets tiny blood vessels beneath the skin's surface that give the skin a ruddy appearance. It can be combined with application of a topical medication called aminolevulinic acid (ALA or Levulan®) for even more dramatic results.
